We started with the mirror, not the marketing

Face Forward began because the shelf was overwhelming — twelve products, none of them explaining what came first.

So we built the shortest routine we’d actually keep, and put the order on the box. That’s the whole idea: real skin, no performance.

SHIPPING

$15 flat-rate shipping on every order delivered within the continental United States (the 48 contiguous states). Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive 3–7 business days after they ship. We do not currently ship outside the continental U.S. All orders ship from within the United States.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Unopened, unused products may be returned within 21 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund — for health and safety reasons, skincare cannot be restocked once the seal is broken. To start a return, email info@faceforward.store with your order number. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return.

PRIVACY & SECURITY

We collect only what we need to fill your order and support your account — name, email, shipping address, and order history. Checkout runs over an encrypted SSL/TLS connection and payments are handled by our PCI-compliant payment processor; we never see or store your full card number. We do not sell your personal information.
